Background: The chamber concert series Bulgarian Concert Evenings in New York was established in the fall of 2005 by an all-volunteer group of musicians form Bulgaria. The concerts feature young performers as well as world-renowned artists, playing in a wide variety of genres, including works by Bulgarian composers.
